Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice in advance. Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time. My online booking system sends out reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment via text and email. Please know it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any cancellation fees. I do understand things come up and you may not be able to give me 24 hours notice, therefore the first time this occurs you will gently be reminded of the policy and it will be documented in your file. If it should happen again, you will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee. Please be aware you will be charged 50% of each service that is booked without a 24 hour notice. NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged 85% of each service booked, after 3 times you will no longer be able to book with me.
